Both Meme Love and native POM will be the official currencies of the Meme Love NFT Marketplace. Memes contribute to a majority amount of volume and engagement on social media platforms. Meme Love Marketplace is here to reward that engagement.
We will be announcing the beta launch of the Meme Street Marketplace by late March. To become a “Memer”, you will have to verify your intentions for creation and receive an authenticated account. Only users creating content will require this form of verification. Unverified users can still buy and sell NFTs on the Meme Street Marketplace.
To begin, you must first decide what you will call your collection. We require each collection to have unique items or the account will be flagged due to the risk of multiple users owning the same meme. The only category this rule does not apply to is “UTILITIES”. Meme-makers can choose up to 3 items from this expanding list of Meme categories:Lolz, Animals, Classic, Elon, Political, Economy, Dark Humor, Sports, Fails, Cringe, WTF, Jeets, Conspiracy, Food, Horror, Holidays, Anime, TMI, Tech, Parody, Crypto, Karen, Kyle, Movies, Music, TV shows, Domains, and Utilities.
All memes created on the Meme Street Marketplace are encouraged to be shared across social media. Additionally, memes can be upvoted and users can tip WSB or LOVE to show meme-makers some love. Ten memes will be chosen each and every day to be featured on the official MEME LOVE Twitter. Engagement will be the sole deciding factor in the memes that are chosen.
All transactions on the Meme Street NFT Marketplace will incur a 3% fee in WSB or 3% fee in LOVE tokens. If the transaction is performed with WSB, the WSB collected in the fee will be burned. If the user chooses to transact in LOVE, the tokens are automatically burned to the following address: 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD
